I have finally made the decision to never step foot in this shop again.
There is one particular staff member at the post office counter who is exceptionally miserable and rude.
There are a few of us now who all say we feel scolded by her every time we visit.
I just don't understand the need for it.
We're now going to the post office in the coop in southdown. They're so friendly and helpful there, plus you don't leave smelling of dirty grease.

Lovely shop and staff (apart from the old girl on hot food who has no understanding for people in rush for food so bee ready to waste most your break waiting if want hoot food) the real big shame for me is the choice of food for people who are vegan as they have no cold food options apart from a plain roll and lettuce then hot food only have beans on plain jacket potato (as seen in photo £3 for a table spoon of beans on a small/medium potato which is a rip out in my eyes

Very rude and unacceptable treatment from the post office staff. Manager unable to do anything as it was his wife. How unacceptable to have to be treated in this day an age.

Since the shop refit this place is fabulous, the food from the bakery/breakfast section is great, had a sausage, bacon and egg roll and it was delicious. Staff friendly and polite and prices good as well.

It's a very well stocked family run business. If they don't have something they try to get it for you.cant ask for more than that.and it's open 5.30am til 9pm !!
