Good range of clothes but sadly the shop closed the fitting rooms at 3:30pm, the store doesn't close until 6pm. Not sure if this is a store or company policy but is one I think needs looking into - for me the benefit of going in store is being able to try on before purchase which I sadly couldn't do and therefore didn't buy anything.

I loved my shopping in new look , I was satisfied with in-store experience and Lisa helped me through my purchase and even gave me suggestions. The customer service was really appreciable.

I done a click and collect today and wasn?t sure of the fit of my dress. I was considering a refund and perhaps a smaller size. I approached a lovely lady named Paula and asked her to have a look at the dress on for her opinion. She happily assisted me to the fitting rooms and gave me wonderful feedback on the dress. In the end I didn?t need a smaller size after all! Thanks Paula :-)

Lovely stuff very helpful one colleague called Paula helped me today when I was looking for an item in store and lovely lady called Isabel served me on the till very polite and a lovely smile. Thank you new look St Albans.
