Staff in store very knowledgeable and super helpful. I had a ' holistic massage' last week, and although the massage itself was good, there were no Neal's yard product used and nothing holistic about it... It was just a neck and shoulder's massage- Which was good in itself, but a shame to not have used any neals yard products, Which would have resulted in a sale for you.

Absolutely lovely lady that helped me this afternoon (20th of November, 16:25) with a hand wash that had a broken pump (I also dropped one on the floor which I'm totally embarrassed and apologetic about) - she was super friendly and polite with exceptional customer service.

Very helpful and great advise about how to make homemade hand sanitiser. Great idea inviting the public to wash their hands in the store! Well done Neals yard!

Tasteful environment. Amazing staff. I bought a big bottle of valerian, went into the market, put the bag down &I it dropped out of my hand near the pavement, causing the glass bottle to break. I went back very disappointed with myself and told them how clumsy I'd been. They felt so sorry for me they replaced it and refused my payment. I've had an awful few weeks enduring some horrible behaviour and this has restored my faith in human nature. I shall not go anywhere else now!
