Came today at 11:45. Was seen very fast. Lovely young lady on the counter who was very polite and helpful.

I honestly lost for words and don?t even know where to start.
First the counter staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. She?ll shout out your name and address across the counter whilst there are people in the pharmacy waiting.
Secondly this pharmacy never has any medication in stock even it is something simple like Hydrocortisone.
Recently, they have said they were unable to order my medication, and asked me to take the prescription to another pharmacy, and stating that I?ll have to call around and see if they have my prescription. This has now happened twice.
They do not understand the fact they are my local pharmacy and the inconvenience in doing this.
I have stated this to them several times.
Im so happy I?ve moved to a different pharmacy now and I would seriously ask Morrison Pharmacy to have a look at their procedures as it is not clearly working!

They literally have nothing, including staff. Any time I wait for half an hour for my prescription.

I went to pick up a private prescription and the pharmacist informed me that the doctor had made a mistake - as this was an emergency on a Saturday the Pharmacist gentleman was so helpful and patient with me while I tried to contact the Doctor's office to rectify the issue.- for 90 minutes back and forth, he even took the phone and tried to explain to doctor the correct way of writing a private prescription - 5 minutes before closing time we managed to sort it out. Thats the kind of behaviour I would expect - serving the community. Thank you.

Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff, the main male pharmacist in particular. I had an issue with my prescription not being correctly sent through, and I was treated as if my questions over access to my medication were all a huge inconvenience for them to have to discuss with me. Both staff members on duty were terse and dismissive - utterly appalling from so called 'healthcare professionals'. I've since switched to using an independent chemist down the road, who provide a significantly better service.

Spent 10 mins waiting for the pharmacist. Really unhelpful and terrible attitude, then when I asked about collecting the prescription the GP had sent through he said its now 5pm they are closed (online says 7pm closing time), and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I'm caring for aome9ne who takes 38 medications a day, some very high cost. I'm never going to be coming back.

I would like to pay a big compliment to all the staff at morissons pharmacy for their hard work specially the pharmacist who gave me her time and patience and
put me at ease as I asked her questions thank you again.

Had a prescription for 6 items, the arrogant asian pharmacist said he could give only 1 of the items as the Dr didn?t initial the amount shown even tho no sign of any issues with the prescription. When challenged he said that?s his policy take it or leave it. I left it and got it dispensed from reputable pharmacist it?s. I?m sure that?s fraud !!

I went this morning to see pharmacist Indian one is very arrogant they think it?s India they rules England because of PM .Chinese lady wanted to help but Indian lady did allow her very rude behaviour Indian woman

It's an absolute usless pharmacy with unhelpful staff. The pharmacy has closed before the official closing time when I needed an emergency medication.

Extremely poor customer service every time I come here. They tend to hide round the back even though they know you are there and when they serve you it?s always with attitude. Learn how to smile please! Will not be going back
