I like to stay loyal to Morrison's. Even more so now they are supporting the British farmers. But can you please do something about the toilets at this store? The disabled one has been out of use for ages and the Ladies was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, the doors don't lock, no hand soap, broken taps and hand dryer did not work

I've lived in SA all my life. Lived near Morrisons at one stage and remember when it used to be Safeways. It was a lovely store. Not any more. I thought I'd venture over to that side of the town for a change. I'm a Waitrose or Sainsbury's shopper, occasionally Aldi. Never again.
What an absolute dump. Staff. Mess. Dirty. A reflection of that side of town actually. Will never shop there again.

Save your money, stay well away from this cafe cooked food. The staff employed are absolutely incapable of cooking anything! Just an insult to the senses. Stick to sandwiches or cake that hasn't been touched by the kitchen staff.

Shelves completely empty again. Fresh things such as sugar snap peas, green beans salad stuff and lots more not available.
Other products not available such as batteries / milk - sorry the list goes on.
BBE dates at the front with older ones behind of fresh produce..

Great store. I get very excited and emotional when I go to store. So many bargains. The car park as dogging on Saturday nights which is great for fun and pleasure

The fishmonger, the butcher and the ladies at the hot food section at the back are the heart of this supermarket. It may seem over the top but I'd like to thank them for their service. Good people x

This store has gone down over the last few years, stock depleted, shelves poorly stocked, products hard to find as nothing on shelf, because there are no supplies in store I guess! Freezers broken and poorly maintained some empty due to not working, the store is in need of a massive overhaul and more employees needed. Monday morning went in store to get a newspaper, bearing in mind this was 9-35am I?m talking about, only to find Sunday?s newspapers still for sale not Mondays, what a joke this is, someone isn?t doing their job it seems, reported this to head office yet again, what do they do? apparently! Nothing, as too many times this has happened in the past, some of the produce looks sad and not fit for selling, Morrisons needs a kick up the arse big time, this must be their worst store in hertfordshire
