I left a negative review with some feedback that the customer service needs additional training and I?m very impressed by the action taken to rectify and improve the situation.
I today spoke to Abdul the supervisor and he has informed me of all the steps he?s taken to rectify the situation and improve the customer service at the store. He?s also doing what he can to improve the parcel situation.
Thank you for taking feedback seriously, it?s reassuring to know that feedback is taken seriously.
Additionally I had great service from Shruti today, she?s always friendly and warm and managed to assist two customers at the same time.
