Company to avoid at all cost : 5 years of hate crimes in a tenancyThis company has harassed me during 5 years. They tried to evict me by all means including trying to kill me. They eventually evicted me without serving any notice and stole for 3 millions pounds of my belongings, leaving me homeless for no reason knowing I am an old woman living on her own with a physical disability. This company should be avoided at all cost by anyone who respect Human Rights. I have not met one person in this company during the last 5 years that were respecting them. They play mind games with tenants. Protect Human Rights and stop giving money to this company, you will regret it at some point and you will regret the money given to them and they will make sure you will lose more! They came for instance several times to damage the property and the garden and asked me to pay for the damages they have done! These people should be in prison or be left homeless the same way they manipulate to make good tenants with no fault tenancies become homeless! This company deserves nothing more than bankruptcy for all the criminal offences they made to me during 5 years in my tenancy!

I went along with my daughter to view a flat advertised with Martin and Co, we met Lewis at the property. Lewis was friendly and professional at all times. My contact with Lewis since our viewing has been informative and swift. A highly recommended service if you are looking for an agent.

Various staff have assisted me at Martin and Co. Their response times to emails are prompt and are always followed up with a phone call to discuss the matter further. They mean business and they always give polite and efficient, professional service. They reduce customer effort where they can, are insightful, forthcoming and honest and accommodate their clients when needed. They make sure they marry the right tenant with the right property and consider all the factors to make it successful and happy long term. Here the customer is still King!
