The staff here are so friendly, the atmosphere is amazing and I got my prescription within 5-10 minutes of giving them the paper. Tempted to make this my main pharmacy even though I dont live in st albalns. 10/10 cannot rate them high enough ??

I had a great experience at this pharmacy. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The pharmacist was especially helpful, offering expert advice and going above and beyond to ensure I understood my medication and felt comfortable with the treatment. The pharmacy was clean, well-organized, and efficient ? I didn?t have to wait long at all. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable and caring service.

Amazing staff. Extremely helpful and kind. The service was very fast.
I walked in feeling unwell and unsure about what I needed, but the pharmacy team took the time to listen and offer the perfect advice. Within minutes, I had exactly what I needed, and they even reassured me about how to use it properly. I left feeling cared for and genuinely grateful. Highly recommend!

The most rudest pharmacist I have ever dealt with, which is why I normally only deal with Pharmacy2U. On the rare occasion I needed help with medication, they were utterly useless and worst of all disrespectful and disgustingly rude. They were utterly disorganised, having lost and misplaced their own ID cards and access cards which prevented them from doing their job properly.The pharmacist shouted at me in the store in front of others customers/ patients when I desperately needed emergency medication which was referred from 111.Awful customer service and no duty of care to patients.Don?t bother going here. There are better trained pharmacists with suitable and appropriate qualifications.
