We celebrated my daughter?s 9th birthday party here last Friday, and it was absolutely fantastic! She and her friends had the best time from start to finish. Archie and Olivia were incredible party hosts - so engaging, friendly, and full of fun. They kept the girls entertained the entire time, and the room was filled with constant laughter and smiles. I truly can?t thank them enough! I?d 100% book another party here at the St Albans store. Huge thank you again to Archie and Olivia! :)

I?d highly recommend a party at Lush. Wasn?t sure what to expect but the hosts ? Jewel & Pascale are pros ? the bath bomb making, interactivity, games and engagement with the children were spot on. It was just perfect for our group of 7, 7-ish year olds. Plus their gift bags are amazing. Thanks ladies ??.

I travel from another town to go to this store specifically. A member of staff (Alisha) helped me find some new products to try based on what I liked previously. I got to try a few new products and what would suit my skin type. The face wash and moisturiser she had recommended has been amazing and my skin feels the best it?s ever been. Thanks

My daughter had her 9th birthday party at Lush St Albans. I was really impressed with how well organised and run it was. The girls enjoyed making a bath bomb as well as the other fun activities that they did. To top it off they got to take home the bath bomb they made as well as another Lush product in a party bag. I?d definitely recommend it for girls of a similar age looking for a party venue!

Had the most wonderful, relaxing and therapeutic experience at lush this afternoon being advised and spoiled by the lovely Alisha who went out of her way to make our experience in store truly unforgettable. Outstanding service and will definitely be returning in the future.

I am absolutely overwhelmed with the service I received today at Lush. I went in with my girlfriend as she had a gift voucher and I overheard Alisha talking about CBD and how it?s in some products at lush to help with Arthritis. When she was at the till I asked her about it and immediately she was incredibly helpful, taking me through each product and explaining it in depth, because I?m currently in the process of being diagnosed she took a lot of time talking to me and even demonstrated products on my arm and massaged them, I truly feel like she went above and beyond and wasn?t trying to sell me a product but just resonate with me. She is an outstanding member of staff who is the reason I will be returning to lush again. In fact we receive only the best customer service from this branch. Thank you Alisha, you made my day so much brighter.
