Bad experience. Got an emergency prescription from the hospital after I got out of the A&E and my husband went to collect but they wouldn?t give us the medication and was extremely rude. Went to another Jade Pharmacy branch and got it with no problems whatsoever

Since this pharmacy has reopened there has been nothing but huge problems. Something really needs to be done as one of the pharmacist's there really has an attitude problem. I'd prefer it if he was just direct but hes is actually rude! Always getting told that meds aren't in, yet these are for Dosset boxes and should be ready in time. We shouldn't have to be missing out on vital medication because of their errors. I will be contacting head office and making a complaint with ICAS as its abysmal. Where have the original staff gone? They never had a patient sign there before about treating their staff with respect. This just goes to show that a lot of patients have lost it in there because of their errors. I would give them minus stars if the option was there, as they don't even deserve one star. No one seems to know what they're doing in there. There was never queues of people waiting like there is now in there. Its absolutely shocking! All you see now in the queue is people shaking their heads in disbelief of how bad it is in there and the medication is wrong. Lost for words.

Customer service can be very poor. Staff seem to hide at the back and take ages to acknowledge customers when they enter the pharmacy.

I can honestly say I have had no issues with the current Pharmacy Team they seem happier and less moody.Today a lady was literally shouting at one of the males because he told her to call and order her medication a week before it runs out.He just simply told her to not to shout at him.The surgery actually advised me a month ago to use my NHS patient access or call the pharmacy to order my prescription.Usually I don?t write reviews but,today I feel the need.The pharmacy was busy and I could see all on duty doing their best but,in the world we live in some people just think and feel so entitled.
And to the nice new lady thank you for your kind words.You have wonderful manners.Despite all that was happening you still managed to stay calm and served everyone else politely.You and your team should not let anyone dampen your day.

Used to be really good, but for the last 2 weeks they won?t pick up the phone, I eventually went in only to see the phone had its ringer switched off.

Handy to the doctors surgery and always has in stock, what the doctors prescribe. Good staff with great knowledge and a good delivery service.

Closed for refurbishment - even though the Jade website says it's open. What's as bad, there's a sign directing customers to another Jade pharmacy- which was also closed today.

I am currently receiving medication for my depression and needed an emergency prescription for this medication as I?m away at my boyfriends and have no tablets left (sertraline has been on my records for 8 months). My practice is an online surgery (hazeldine medical practice) which operates from Wembley providing services for people all across England. As your pharmacist is negligent he didn?t understand this and thought I was trying to unlawfully possess a prescription. I now have no anti-depressants and as a person that suffers severely this is extremely dangerous. I?d really look into the proper training of your rude and un helpful staff as this isn?t acceptable. I?ll be taking this further. Anyone else who needs anything sorting in an emergency situation please do not put your trust in the incapable hands of this surgery.

Staff were friendly and the pharmacy opens early and closes late which is great for emergencies!
