“I left a negative review with some feedback that the customer service needs additional training and I’m very impressed by the action taken to rectify and improve the situation.

I today spoke to Abdul the supervisor and he has informed me of all the steps he’s taken to rectify the situation and improve the customer service at the store. He’s also doing what he can to improve the parcel situation.

Additionally I had great service from Shruti today, she’s always friendly and warm and managed to assist two customers at the same time.”

A little confused by some of the reviews that have been posted here about the Spar Shop Hatfield Road, St Albans.
I have been using the shop for over a year now mainly for the inpost parcel service.
I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful when collecting or dropping off parcels and I am in there virtually every day!
I am so regular the staff even greet me by name when I enter the shop.
So don’t be influenced by the negative reviews go to the shop and find out for yourself !
Great place to drop off packages with parking outside.”
