Ordered a basket arrangement of flowers for my daughter on the phone to be delivered the same day, the person I spoke to was very helpful and made appropriate suggestions whilst sticking to the colour scheme I wanted. We were once again absolutely delighted with the floral tribute Lily Alley made for our family funeral. Wouldn't deliver to door as sleeping chid in van, so I had to collect my own flowers from the block entrance, we live in a retirement/ extra care building for a reason! Not sure what would have happened if I hadn't been able to come down 3 floors to collect them. Flowers delivered different to what was requested. 1st time used this florist. Won't use again.
