I reached Leaders via the email option on Right Move app. They got back to me pretty quickly. Hannah from Leaders St Albans office was really helpful. She kindly answered all my emails and helped me schedule a viewing despite my busy work schedule. For the viewing, she was at the property on time. She professionally guided me at the property and answered all my questions. So far this has been a very good experience with Leaders St Albans!

We have had a very poor experience with Leaders until Lily took over as a property Manager. In the last 3 weeks, customer Services has improved 180%. Lily is so efficient and helpful. We rent through Leaders in St Albans, and Lily Jones (our Property Manager) has gone above and beyond. She tracked down and liaised with a key contact for our property, solving the issue quickly. After, she also noticed that we hadn't been set up on the intercom system and reached out to us to fix this as well, unprompted. Really excellent service.

We have had a very good experience with Leaders since we moved into our house 6 months ago. Recently, the shower in our house broke down and our property manager, Ms. Leanne May, reacted quickly and did her best to get it fixed as soon as possible. Many thanks again to her! Highly recommended.
