The team at my local QuickFit are absolutely brilliant. Every time I?ve had an issue, they?ve managed to squeeze me in without any fuss and are always happy to help. Nothing is ever a problem for them ? they?re upbeat, efficient, and just get the work done. Unlike some garages where everything feels like a hassle, these guys make the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

The car was fully loaded with luggage and grandkids, when the tyre pressure warning light came on just after we set off on holiday ?. It was a screw in the tread near the edge. So we rang this depot and explained our predicament, and they said to come on down and they would try to help. The tyre was unrepairable, but within 40 minutes a pair of new ones were fitted and we were on our way again. We were also advised that the other tyres are worn and will need changing in the near future for safety. What excellent service, thanks to the whole team for your compassionate help during the nail-biting start to our holiday!

Friendly staff. All done quickly. Not 100% if the wheels was required. The check took about 10 minutes. The alignment about 1m. So the £70 seems excessive.

Had an issue with a noisy wheel mid journey. I was just passing by and stopped in to ask about what it might be. They immediately offered to put it up on the ramp and gave it a good look over to make sure it was safe. Excellent quick and very friendly service.

We visited Andrew at Kwik Fit on 17th May 2025 with a car issue that needed urgent attention. From the moment we arrived, Andrew was incredibly responsive, professional, and hands-on. He quickly assessed the problem and took immediate action to get it resolved, showing real dedication to helping us get back on the road.
What stood out most was his patience and commitment. We were waiting for the delivery of engine oil and Andrew stayed after hours and kept the garage open just to make sure the issue was fixed the same day. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
Andrew went above and beyond and not just in fixing the car, but in the way he showed outstanding customer service. It?s clear he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers.
He was absolutely the best, and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. If you?re ever in need of help, ask for Andrew and you?ll be in great hands.

Frustrating experience after previously receiving good service at this branch.
Booked online for a tyre fitting only to be told when I turned up that the tyres hadn't arrived and wouldn't be in the branch until the following day. Stand in guy behind the desk said it was because it was a bank holiday (even though the Kwik Fit website let me book the appointment - go figure?). He booked me in for the following day.
Turned up at the second appointment to be told that the tyres hadn't arrived (again) but that the delivery 'should' be here in the next hour or so. I could either wait or come back for a third time.
Thankfully the delivery turned up not long after and the tyres replaced but overall a very poor experience with little understanding or empathy from the staff.
I'll be looking elsewhere next time I need a new tyre.
