Ordered on Wednesday 18/12/24 a bucket for 1, 10 hot wings with regular fries and a tango can and cobette. However , cobette wasn't in the delivery bag. I called the store in st albans KFC ,I explained I ordered and paid for a cobette ,online, it said that I need to get a refund online ,however I told him that If I ordered the item it is because I wanted to eat and not to get a refund, so he repeated to me to go online to get a refund ,when I asked how to do that he said, I don't know how you can do that online...I asked him : To whom I am speaking to? ...he replied the manager..so I said ...well sir , it s a bad management you doing. During the conversation he asked me if I could go back to the store ,in the dark under the rain ,I asked him it s not my fault if you forgot to put the item in my delivery, it s yours and you asked me to come to pick it up?! Unbelievable! This manager is damaging the reputation of the brand KFC by not being a brand ambassador for the company. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Twice given surprise different orders when we get the takeaway home, kids meal with sweetcorn swapped out for baked beans in a tub, not many 8 year olds are interested in baked beans mildly warm in a tub. Disappointed.
If it was the first time, it's a mistake but when it becomes a repeating norm then something's wrong.

All the food was cold and sloppy, missing a few items too. I don?t understand how staff can?t read a simple instruction. Makes me wonder if they understand basic hygiene instructions? will report after I have digested the dry and horrible burger.

It is fine when you take away , but if eating in ,it will be a much bigger problem,there is a lack of seats and rubbish is not cleaned up,but I know the staffs work hard,so good job ,you can do it

Get your chicken fried and crispy. Bargain buckets are such a great deal. Good store, good service. The kids love it as a treat.
Parking: Easy to park outside or in the free carpark 50m away.

i got the three peice spicy chicken which was well cooked and crispy. Their chips are extremley flavourful and are very fresh. I will go here again. However i also got the share bucket and some chicken was dry but still cooked and not raw.
Parking: there are a lot of spaces nearby, 1 parking lot near M&S, 1 parking lot near the qaudrant, and many spaces along the road which are all free.

Friday night. Ordered a 3 piece variety meal with Gravy. Don?t believe the adverts. Received 3 overcooked and dry drumsticks, no gravy and cold chips! Not for the first time this joke of a concession does not deliver, literally. 5 times now so never again. Just made some toast! Ubereats should take these clowns off of their web site! In fact everyone. Don?t bother! ?

After many orders from here coming either greasy or undercooked over the years, today was spot on. Order 12 mini fillets, large popcorn chicken, chips & rice/gravy. Ordered it for delivery and was here within less than half hour. The chicken was seasoned well, cooked thoroughly, the sauces (which I hadn?t even ordered) were plentiful, the gravy of a decent consistency and overall the order was up to standard. Maybe there?s been a management change (?) but whatever? changed is for the better. Would recommend.
