Kid-friendliness: Staff went above and beyond by chatting to my kids and being generally sweet. We took some ice creams and they even gave a little tiny cup to my 1-year old for free which was lovely.

I just would like you to tell the lady who served us on 31/12 upon shop opens how amazing she is. I came with kids to get our first ever velvetiser and she was so chatty and friendly, she answered all the questions they had. Thank you, you made their day.

Everything very nicely laid out. When I took my items up for purchase the lady handed me a loyalty card so a good way to save on purchases going forward. Would recommend a visit especially with Christmas coming up

I like the shop in St Albans- it's small but welcoming and I don't feel harassed in here by the staff - I often go into buy gifts and the staff know appropriate boundaries and are helpful and pleasant.Not forgetting the delicious selection of chocolates in here - I often get sidetracked and buy things for myself ?

Pre Xmas crush! Staff as ever helpful, polite and friendly. I never have a bad experience in there! Certainly not the St Albans branch.
Busy but they be kept folk moving and it was all good humoured too
Good to range for Xmas.
Love that they're British and also ecologically aware.
