I purchased online a clever cube and inserts to go with it. Emma called me the morning of the collection to let me know that I had chosen the wrong size, and would have been too small. She organised a refund straight away. I was very impressed with this. I have to say most people would have probably just picked the order without noticing this and let me just pick it up. I urgently needed gas for my barbecue and headed to Homebase St Albans close to closing time. I was met by an absolute gentleman who was calm, helpful, and an amazing communicator. He assisted me in purchasing a new attachment and gas cylinder for my old propane tank without any rush. I'm incredibly thankful for the outstanding service and highly recommend this store.

Great price on tiles at the moment but stock levels are bit low buy 1 get 1 ½price on most tiles wall and floor bargain don't miss out
