“I cannot praise Helping Hands enough for the care and concern shown to us. No request was too big for them and telephone conversations with the senior staff felt like we were all part of the family. We were kept in the loop when there was an issue with a carer being late or a medication had nearly run out. The carers were excellent and there was good continuity with the provision of a list for the following week so we knew who to expect. My Mother really looked forward to these visits.Thankyou to you all.”
