This store is amazing and the staff are exceptional. Christine helped resolve my mother?s issues by recommending the correct product for her hair thinning and Victoria assisted me yesterday to resolve my gastric issues. Both staff are so knowledgeable and resolved issues that the GP couldn?t help with! Thank you ladies you are a real credit to the store :-)

I have been to this shop a few times now and I had no problem with any of the staff. There were 3 ladies at the desk and helping around the shelves. Helpful and polite. I have put 4 stars only because some of the items I wanted to buy were out of stock

Have used this store for years, most staff are friendly and helpful especially the gentleman working in there. The same can?t be said for what I believe is the assistant manager, named Gill. She is horrendously rude and abrupt. Clearly hates her job and shouldn?t be working with the general public. The store would be 5 star if I?d not had to deal with her.

HelloI visited on Saturday 22nd July, the St albans branch, I was unsure about a particular vitamin, so I asked Ms Wan Chi she had served me before as well, Ms Wan Chi knows what she is talking about, I found her professional and so keen to help me. Thanks so muchRegards keep Safe

Although it's a big chain , service is slacking. I visited them at 5pm ,so 30mins before closing time. The cashiers were standing there and chatting with each other while I was at the counter. The girl I asked for help, she didn't know,was suggested to check online on their website ???. They don't allow in with dogs. Didn't have what I needed. The 1buy 2nd half cost wasn't applied on mix and match item I bought, perhaps prices aren't labelled correct....

Had an excellent experience in the shop today. Staff really helped with my request and had everything in stock and on offer. Special mention to Ricardo from the St Albans branch ? so friendly and helpful getting me set up with a loyalty card to get some extra savings.
