Awful experience with a very rude assistant when trying to return a faulty item. Patronising, unhelpful, unclear and spoke to me like I was a child. Also claimed to be the Manager when I asked to speak to one (the second time I asked!) Will never shop here again. Quality of the clothes very poor anyway. You get what you pay for!

Terrible experience in the men?s bit downstairs. Changing rooms are just full of clothes piled up. Self service checkouts are never operational even on a Saturday, so forced to queue and pay upstairs. Clothes are really boring and same-y and hardly any selection of smart shirts. Quality of material has gotten worse over the years too but that?s more to do with H&M as a whole.

the new staff are lovely, I uninstalled the h&m app as I didn't have enough storage but the lady at the checkout looked up my email and then gave me my discount which was nice

Clothes are not good quality however staff are okay and always help me when I do in store pickups. The rails are quite randomly organised however the options in the home section are very nice. However, sometimes the prices are a bit of a stretch for the quality. Be careful when purchasing as I almost bought see-through leggings; wouldn't recommend this store if you are looking good quality pieces.

What an attitude. Staff don?t know what they are doing and making things up on the spot. Asked politely if I could pay for a bag and they said no I have to purchase something from store? So basically unwilling to scan a bag which I said I?ll pay for and I bought something earlier in the shop? Customer service is non existent

This is the second time I?ve been to this H&M store and found such a friendly customer service advisor. Joe was very nice and helped me with my returns and found the top I wanted! I didn?t find the other young girls to be as attentive as Joe and these 5 stars are in credit to him! :-)

I?ve been into this store 5 times since December and it?s always an unpleasant experience. A lot of the staff appear hostile and have an attitude. I actively avoid the store and try my best to shop at other H&M stores if I can.

The worst customer service ever! I wouldn?t even give the store 1 star. My mum went to return a rug (folded neatly into A3 size) bought online. She was told that they couldn?t take it because they were not selling it in store, apparently the rug counts as a bit of furniture and they would get in trouble if they accepted it. My mum had all of her correct return receipts and even got up the policy which said she could return it to the store. As she was looking through her phone the girls working at the till were smirking and laughing at her. She said she felt ashamed to be returning an item!! When she approached the till for the second time to show the worker at that she could return the item. The girl slouched over the desk, rolled her eyes and told her that this till was now closed. They continued explaining that she couldn?t return the item as it was too big and not sold in store. My mum told them she literally returned three lots of bedding last week which were bigger than the small rug and were also not sold in store. Absolutely appalling.

Poor customer service from Joseph when I asked for assistance returning an online item in store through the app. It seemed an inconvenience to help me, he tutted when I asked a question and was very stony faced throughout the transaction. I fedback to the floor manager my poor experience before leaving the store. What happened to old fashioned service with a smile and the customer comes first?!
