I cannot praise Helping Hands enough for the care and concern shown to us. No request was too big for them and telephone conversations with the senior staff felt like we were all part of the family. We were kept in the loop when there was an issue with a carer being late or a medication had nearly run out. The carers were excellent and there was good continuity with the provision of a list for the following week so we knew who to expect. My Mother really looked forward to these visits.Thankyou to you all.

My mother has had care from Helping Hands St Albans for over 3 years and she/we are extremely happy and satisfied with their service. The carers she has are lovely, kind and caring, and they have built up a nice relationship with her. They do what we ask them to do, and they have always been very accommodating as my mother's needs and our requirements have gradually changed over time as my mother has become more frail. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and easily contactable. They have clear protocols which the carers follow, and they are very prompt to feed back any concerns to us that the carers might have from their visits. We would like to thank everyone at Helping Hands St Albans.

Helping Hands have been providing some care sessions for my mum in the past couple of months. She really loves her regular carer who gives her a bath and takes her out to a local cafe. Whatever your requirements, the agency are great at providing it. Cover is provided for sickness and holidays so I don?t need to worry about those days the carer is due to visit. The staff are all caring and attentive, and the agency well run. Really pleased overall with their service.
