Always short staffed, always queues, staff seem disorganised. Waited for over 30mins to be seen, and still was not seen so I then left. I will look to change banks

I needed another person added to my payee list . Less than 2 min job at the counter normally. Can?t do it at counter I have to join a queue to see someone. I?ve been 3 times and the queue has been 3/4 hour . There?s no queue at the counter. Absolute joke of a place . I don?t have time to sit and wait .

Went in to pay cheque into account was in queue then another customer walked in the supervisor then asked person behind counter to serve them first, which then made me wait over half hour to put cheque in. Just proves not what you know but who you know. Terrible customer service.

Opening hours are hopeless. Should be just as proficient in branch as the app is (which is pretty decent). Basically impossible to make a deposit if you have a regular 9-5.

The worst customer services ever..someone came into the bank and they staff there seem to know her...while waiting in the queue to be service..20 mins now..and they still chit chatting about building work etc...so annoying..and they actually said to me that she is multitasking..unbelievably when I can see and hear everything
