Charged for a service that couldn?t be completed. Which was annoying but understandable.Good phone service to confirm they would refund but, I had to go in store to process which was frustrating. Got a call from the store manager to apologies but still had to go in store.Experience in store was then super frustrating. Was served by the same person whose mistake had meant I had to waste 40 minutes of my time coming in, and total lack of understanding of the inconvenience he had caused me. Really poor service not taken any responsibility and undone all the good work of the phone customer services and the store manager.

Called in on Saturday 16th Dec, needing a new battery. Dina looked after me and gave the car a free checkover, fitted the new battery, all inside of 30 minutes, brilliant!! Highly recommend.
