Bought a katsu curry bake, which was nice enough and freshly baked, the guy behind the counter warned us it was hot. So good service and nice bake. However, the sausage roll I bought was a little over cooked and so the pastry was dry. We also bought a pack of 4 jam doughnuts, well I say 4 jam there was actually only 2 jam and 2 plain doughnuts. This seems lazy on the bakers part, I know they're low cost but that's false advertisement.

Super fast service with a smile! The staff were very welcoming and made quick work of the line that developed. I walked in and before I knew it I was already at the till ordering.

I have given 5 starts to the young gentleman called Musie his full name is Mustapha...he was on his own but he served me and other customers with professionalism and kindness, will defend recommend this bakery/sandwich bar because of this employee...well done GREGGS on hiring such a kind and professional person. ??????????????

The food at Greggs is delicious, but I was disappointed with the behavior of the staff. The person who served me was rude and unfriendly, which is not acceptable. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Staff are always very pleasant and helpful here and the food and drinks are always very good. Very clean for a fast food outlet and I could see one of the team very thoroughly and carefully cleaning some of the equipment yesterday which is always a good sign.Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options here.

This is rather embarrassing for this particular location as for a small unit, one would expect a better and cleaner unit.On first glance of the fridge fans said it all.Just have a look and decide if you want to have anything from that fridgeThe sausage received today was oily and soggy. What then happened to this unit?Definitely not great guys. Up your game

A little Greggs on the St Albans high street, you shouldn't go wrong - but unfortunately the customer service at the counter was bad.I ordered a breakfast roll deal, but was answered with a rude shrugging shoulders and palms out stance! There was a huge picture of a breakfast roll with bacon in it, so I said "bacon"? Still no response, so I say "orange juice". Finally got a response... "don't think there is any left" with a pointing gesture towards the fridges behind me. The only good thing I could say is that he asked if I wanted any sauce in the roll... of course he didn't mention what the options are! Just a ridiculous laziness and lack of communication as a server at the counter.
