They were amazing with my little one who loved the shop and were so helpful one lady had blue hair soon to be purple today and other lady had blonde hair. “Works well if you need to pick something up whilst doing your shopping. Other than that, they need to bring back the larger stores.
Having personally worked for this store in particular when it first opened, I can see it has massively dropped. Whenever I shop in there/collect something, there are either too many staff standing round chatting/on their phones or no one to be seen at all.

Glad they’ve finally installed a small bench for customers if they need a seat whilst in there. Don’t agree with the cash registers being in the middle of the shop floor, where you can be easily surrounded by customers.”
