Oliver Banks has helped me with the rental of my property recently. I interviewed 3 agents at the outset and Oliver stood out as being most professional and knowledgeable, plus having an ease of communication and empathy for my situation: having just fully renovated with great expense, I was anxious to get the right tenants. Oliver and his team at Frosts have really put my mind at rest and have quickly and efficiently found great tenants for me. I have found Oliver to be is a smart, kind, officiant ,hard working and enthusiastic young man, with the necessary attention to detail, that adds to his professionalism .He has made me feel I am in good hands . The only estate agents to treat me like a human, and not quantitative risk factor. I was looking for a rental, and wow was it difficult, I had just turned self employed and was point blank refused by over 20 other agents on certain technicalities.I have always paid my rent and finance commitments, had proof of earnings and even a guarantor.I honestly felt very alone and stressed and based on the interactions I was having, I was not hopeful.I then came across Frosts and the one and only Darcie who from the get go, sympathised, advised and really helped me, she was positive and proactive throughout, and really cared. It doesn?t seem like a big deal, but it was the difference of being homeless or having somewhere to live. I am very grateful and will not forget how I was treated by Darcie and Frosts(well done and keep supporting humans in the way that you do, it makes a large positive impact)In the end I secured a lovely new home.Great is an understatement just amazing is more appropriate.Thank you again.

I have used Frosts twice now to find (rent) a property in St Albans and Rose Johnson delivered for me and Frosts on both occasions. This estate agent tried several times harder than the others I tried in the area, with multiple options every day and the office - and Rose in particular - were always very contactable and enterprising to find the right property to suit my needs and budget.
