Would really recommend Junaid as a PT - he?s super motivating, and has really helped me improve my form and transform my work outs. He really knows his stuff and pushes you to get results in a kind and fun way.

I love this place. The location is absolutely ideal if you work in town, and the amazing opening hours make it the best choice around. The equipment is varied but has all of the essentials and more - there is room for improvement though with this aspect always. The changing rooms have recently been upgraded, and the facilities are always clean. Above all, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere all round great.

I?d lost my way with regards to keeping on top of my training but thankfully PT Junaid has been there to get me back on track and keep me on top of it. Junaid is always there to motivate me and make sure I?m doing well. He always has a massive smile on his face. As a woman, he has been amazing to train with, he is respectful and not afraid to push me to ensure I?m working at my hardest. You can tell he really wants the best for everyone he trains with - would recommend!

Absolutely love working out with Harry James(PT). His attention to detail gives good and quick results. There is always a cheerful manner to his training which motivates me as a client. One thing I liked about him as a PT is that he is patient and takes the time to know his clients to customize a fitness plan for each individual. I feel much more confident in the weights sections than I did before. He checks in with you and never rushes you if you not comfortable with. He will push you just the right amount.Thanks to Harry as this is the fittest I have ever been!

I did a pre-Xmas workout with Shark, I can honestly say he's one of the best trainers I've ever experienced. Fully enganged with all participants, showing the correct way to do the exercise, motivating, just absolutely fantastic.

I am a professional footballer (goalkeeper) that just came back from an injury. I wasn?t at my best fitness or performance, since coming back, so needed to get back to my best. I decided to start work with Junaid PT. Within a month he?s helped me reduce my fat percentage from 11% to 8% and my training and fitness levels are above what they were before my injury. I would highly recommend Junaid for anyone that is serious about their fitness goals, big or small!!
