Extremely Frustrating Experience ? Avoid!
I had a terrible experience with this company. Over the phone, I was told my parts would be ready for collection after 12:30 pm. Upon arriving at the shop, I was told to come back after 4 pm. When I returned after 4, they couldn?t find the parts at all! I was then asked to come back the next day. This meant I had to make three trips just to collect a simple order. It was a complete waste of my time, and the whole situation was beyond frustrating. I expected better organization and communication from a business like this. Very disappointing!

Placed an order online got then got there, and the grumpy woman made me wait nearly 20 minutes to pick the part.

Bought a rear view mirror fix kit, I went to collect and she told me ?any problem come back here? .
After I followed the instructions and failed to fix the rear view mirror to the glass, I returned there where same lady with dubious nose ring, said that I couldn?t have refund or store credit because ?we don?t know if you use it correctly?. I hope you failed in business and in life with your attitude. Big hugs.
Ah, and all of this For £6, nasty business.

Terrible service from Peter the operation manager and Finley the branch manager. Unable to return a faulty part as I?m unable to locate the invoice. They failed to search for my transaction even though I have proof of purchase. Both rude and unhelpful so I would recommend using another supplier.

Very slow customers service slipping on the way. Went in few time 1 person before me every time I went and standing 30 min while staff playing around drinking tea and coffee it?s unacceptable and unprofessional staff! never more go there
