Very disappointed, did not see signs of how long you can stay but while purchased something asked the cashier, how long can you stay there and I was told 90 minutes. I started about an hour but a week later I received a parking charge notice of £100 discounted to £60 if paid withing 14 days. Tried to call and ask again how long can you stay there but the person on the other end hung up and did not answer again. Is making me think it was purposely done. Be careful!

Sandwiches are very good value. Chicken and stuffing on wholegrain tasty but dry 5/10. Chicken and bacon tasty and moist 9/10. At £1.60 ish each, I can't really complain . As someone who is allergic to milk, there were limited options as all their bakes/sausage rolls/pasties contain milk.

Very disappointing experience. Took payment twice for fuel. Not answering phone calls or returning emails to rectify. Do not attend unless you want to pay double.

Only 20 mins car park stay, I refused to spend my money in this shop till they change this nonsense rule. Specially given that they are the highest priced fuel in and around St Albans surely they should not force customers in n out like dogs. Total disappointment

Most expensive petrol station in St Albans. I only go there in case of an emergency, but usually I will always avoid this petrol station. I really don?t understand why this petrol station is so expensive in comparison to other petrol stations nearby.
