Been a customer with EE for past 23 years. Needed help tranfering data from one phone to another. Staff very unhelpful and not bothered at all. Terrible customer service. Will not go back and thinking of moving to different network provider.

This is the worst EE store branch of st albans where they don?t even have knowledge about the work, they do mistakes and blame the customers , literally the customer advisors are the no use people. Im requesting the authorities first to train your staff about their job.

They need to sort out their burglar alarm system which went off at 10.00pm on 24th October. It rang continously for 40 minutes. Lack of respect for local residents.

The info in google and on the store doors says that the store is opened today from 09:00, however at 09:08 it was still closed with the lights out, and 3 customers waiting outside.

Very poor service .. a lot of money to pay for nothing .. poor. Service .. don't get to them .. big mistake.. I pay a lot of money . They tale extra money for. No reson . And if don't pay them they will send to court .. my mistake I have been complicate my self with them ..My point of everyone stay far way of this company.. don't get with them ..
