Been a customer with EE for past 23 years. Needed help tranfering data from one phone to another. Staff very unhelpful and not bothered at all. Terrible customer service. Will not go back and thinking of moving to different network provider.

This is the worst EE store branch of st albans where they don’t even have knowledge about the work, they do mistakes and blame the customers , literally the customer advisors are the no use people. Im requesting the authorities first to train your staff about their job.
