Not bad shop if you like this kind of store. Have to say however that 1 woman member of staff has no customer service feelings at all, ignored instruction from 1 her colleagues and just carried on doing something thing else, leaving customers waiting to be served at tills.

I hope the staff members get recognised for what a great job they do they goa about and beyond and are so respectful for young women and men. I would love to sing the praise to ruby, lorey, scout, ayesha, and the young man with brown hair too. Always there to help always go above and beyond.

Response to owner - was in a rush and had no time to provide my email for a receipt, if a paper one was printed out and given to me then this wouldn't be an issue + understandably assumed what I picked up in store would be in working condition but apparently not.

Have a large van for 2 wheelchairs that my daughters use. We couldn't get into the car park because of the barrier they wouldn't open. They said it was because they didn't want any undesirables, and anyway, the chain was rusty. So i went in while my husband and daughters sat in the van disgraceful

Lots of stuff, not always in the sizes you want. I regularly buy blind mechanism kits. They are reasonable, but the non-chained end is weak and frequently breaks. I wish they were stronger.

Shop opened at 0902 instead of 0900 as the manager was having a meeting with Staff. When he opened the door he did not apologize or greet me. I just thought what was he briefing the Staff.

According to the poisonous little woman on haberdashery yesterday the shelf price displayed has no relationship to the actual price you can expect to pay and it will be what she says. She was clearly very annoyed that I interrupted her playing on her phone and wanted a piece of fabric. I?d give 0 stars if I could.

Vast range of bedding but they have no Idea what stock they actually have in store. Two click and collect shopping visits failed. Also, they took much more than the promised two hour window to inform me that they had NO STOCK of items that I was allowed to order and pay for. Refunds were fairly prompt though. No offer was made to place the items for me. ?
A stocktake would help everybody.
Store presentation is good but only a few staff knew what they were talking about.
Disappointing.
