Can?t say how good the food was because it?s not arrived despite being 1 hour since I ordered. Tried calling the store but no one answering. Oh well. We keep waiting

If I ask for delivery they won't do it and tell me to order online.
I asked for 1 pizza and a side, they said if I did it online it would be £22 but if I didn't do it online it would be £38.
This has happened a couple of times now and I ended up at pizza hut both times.
Today I called and asked how much for delivery and was hung up on. I will never use this dominos again

I recently ordered from Domino's, and I was super impressed! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. Delivery was quick, and the driver was friendly. Plus, the crust was perfect?not too thick, not too thin. Domino's always nails it on quality and convenience. Highly recommend

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Here is what happens when you order from St Albans dominoes. After around 20 mins your order will say delivered. You will think hmm strange but I don?t have any food. You will wait and after an hour you call them up. Nobody answers the phone so you call again, nothing now it?s 1 hour 15 mins and your food was apparently delivered over 50 mins ago. You then ring again and again until eventually if you are lucky someone might answer. Then you?ll be lied to on the phone and told the food is on the way another ten mins, then another ten mins this can go on and on. I once actually just went out and got a McDonald?s because I was sick of waiting If you ask why the tracker says delivered they will tell you every time the tracker is broken. After this happened to me three times in a row I called them out and told them I knew they were putting delivered on the tracker because it then goes down as a delivery on time. They just lie and don't seem to care. Look at all these reviews saying the same thing they pretend your food is delivered. If the food does eventually find its way to you it will be cold and stale. That is literally the experience you will get. I suggest nobody ever orders from dominoes st Albans. Seriously don?t do it in 6 years they?ve never once delivered food on time. I don?t order from them anymore and I refuse to ever give them another penny. I genuinely hope they get closed down or this branch goes out of business they treat customers like absolute dirt. They are also usually rude on the phone and will hang up if they can?t be bothered dealing with paying customers who want there food

Don?t order from here if you?re hungry! Food always takes way over an hour to deliver no matter when you order or what the estimated delivery time says on the app. And when you ring to ask where your food is, no one answers the phone.

I ordered through door dash and the app was saying delivered. Domino's had claimed they never received my order when I called ! 2 hours later they decided to deliver and I had already fallen asleep before the pizza arrived so I didn't end up eating it. I didn't even receive any apology from Domino's.
