Having personally worked for this store in particular when it first opened, I can see it has massively dropped. Whenever I shop in there/collect something, there are either too many staff standing round chatting/on their phones or no one to be seen at all.

Glad they’ve finally installed a small bench for customers if they need a seat whilst in there. Don’t agree with the cash registers being in the middle of the shop floor, where you can be easily surrounded by customers.”
