Me and my partner used Daniels estate agents to find a place to rent in St Albans and it has been an absolutely fantastic experience. House-hunting can be laborious but Matthew has been professional, incredibly helpful, responsive and an absolute blessing to us through this process. Any issues we have had have been promptly and professionally resolved and we continue to feel very well taken care of. Daniels have been absolutely superb from the start.We have now moved into our second property which is managed/listed by Daniels and it could not have been smoother. As a first time buyer, I was very pleasantly surprised by my property buying experience and that is in no small part due to my positive experience with Daniels. From the moment I saw the property online I was impressed with the advert and I knew that I had to view the property. At every stage, the staff of Daniels were professional, helpful and easy to contact. It is clear that they are very knowledgeable and passionate about the local property market. We have just bought our first home together through Daniels Estate Agents in St Albans. It's our dream home - the home we never thought was possible with our requirements, on our budget, in St Albans. Daniels helped us to make the dream a reality, and in record time too! We are so happy and so grateful.We completed in record time, from offer being accepted to completing took a mere 5 1/2 weeks. A good part of the reason that we managed to do it so quickly, and hit our target deadline to be in our house in time for Christmas was the efficiency and effectiveness of the team at Daniels. They made a stress-filled process as stress-free as possible.Specifically, we were most impressed with: a) their upfront honesty about the state and history of the property from first viewing, b) their swift and timely communication; c) their excellent liaision skills between us and the vendors and the two sets of solicitors; d) their helpful advice and support sourcing tradespeople to help quote for works that need doing to the property.My partner and I have bought and sold properties prior to buying our joint home in St Albans and we can both attest to the fact that we've never met or worked with anyone like Daniels before.
