Very disappointed in this pharmacy. First time using it. I Was in the area so decided to book a flu vacc on line.Juggled my morning and I had to park so far away from it .Was told they were not doing vaccines that day. I said it was booked online. Told to come back next day !I definitely wont be using this pharmacy again.Shocking !

I'm afraid I am regrettably forced to agree with Mr Gallagher below regarding the poor level of service. I was kept waiting for over fifteen minutes today despite five or six members of staff milling behind the front desk and I am writing this review as this is not the first time it has happened. When someone finally acknowledged my existence I was told if I waited until the following day (not behind the desk, I hoped) it would be delivered the following day and I agreed only to be called later on and told they could not supply it anyway. Dealing with this chemist is like Beckett's Waiting for Godot. The resulting apology ('I am sorry YOU feel upset') was worded without responsibility or accountability.

I have always had a very good experience with this pharmacy they care. I'm having trouble with one medication but I'm 100% sure they will do their best as always. I really appreciate all the staff who work so hard for our community.

The customer service is fantastic, very helpful and always willing to help me with any issues I may have. I have been using this pharmacy regularly for 2 years now and I always get it on time. They always help with any any problems many of which have been no fault of their own.
