I have always found one consistent theme, or dynamic in Cotswold shops that's missing in nearly every shopping experience.When you walk in you don't have to ask where things are there is a calmness, and order that encourages you to take your time.The staff will say hello but, give space, to look and try things on.Knowledge, I can remember being in there South Cerney shop in I think it was late 1980s and the man serving me had just come back from the Dolomites testing equipment, and had real experience of the products.It was the same last week when I went in to look at walking boots.I would say that paying a bit more for the knowledge and experience of the staff is still worth it.

Absolutely outstanding! Grace was so helpful and knowledgeable. I needed quite a lot of kit and Grace was able to find me the right items for what I needed in every category. Highly recommend, very happy customer.

Reasonable stock downstairs but no lift so I couldn?t go to the camping section upstairs. This store is not suitable for people that can not use stairs or have prams etc which is disappointing.

I've been in a couple of times over the last week or two looking to buy a pair of Salomon ultra mid gtx boots and I had fantastic help from Megan and Annie. The service and advice was brilliant and just what I needed when deciding which boot to choose.I will definitely be shopping here again as I upgrade and replace my kit.....and tbh, I'm really looking forward to it.I'd really recommend this store if you're even vaguely near by as the service here is much better than many other stores.Cotswolds - if you're listening, keep this store well stocked with the broadest range possible, as the service here is better than some of your larger stores around the country!Thanks!

Lot's to choose from but the prices were very high. It's hard for stores like this to compete with online I know but most of the product's can be bought cheaper online. Staff we're very friendly and knowledgeable.
