“Good shop with variety but pointless new security guard just standing there staring at you like you’re going to nick some crisps and noodle packs, he likes to follow customers and then pretend he’s just going your way and stop where you stop. Not sure if it’s profiling but sometimes I wonder why the security guard feels I’m going to risk jail time to steal some 65p noodles especially coming out of my car to go in the shop in the first place. What’s he gonna do jump on my bonnet as i try to make a getaway?”

“I left a negative review with some feedback that the customer service needs additional training and I’m very impressed by the action taken to rectify and improve the situation.
I today spoke to Abdul the supervisor and he has informed me of all the steps he’s taken to rectify the situation and improve the customer service at the store. He’s also doing what he can to improve the parcel situation.
