I wholeheartedly share the sentiments expressed in the previous review. I too found my experience with this agent deeply disappointing. It's evident that they do not prioritize tenant interests, which creates opportunities for landlords to exploit tenants, especially newcomers. Never ask assistance from this agency as they will just waste your time. Accepted my offer even they new that vendor is proceeding with another buyer and did not tell me the truth. Lost two months waiting for nothing. They are always on holidays or on important meeting/call.
