I?ve recently rented a property through Collinson hall and I must say the process to rent was very smooth, both Emma and Elizabeth was very helpful in the process and to answer any queries that I had.Improvement wise I suggest the check-in could have been slightly better as the person handing over the keys just handed over the keys and didn?t provide any detail about the house and how the appliances are operated. And it would be very good if they can help setup the payment of the utility bills like electricity and council tax..- Sanjay

I recently sold my house in St Albans through Collinson Hall and was very pleased with the price achieved in difficult market conditions. I was especially impressed by Roberto Argenio's positive attitude and enthusiasm when he valued the house, and would recommend the team highly.

We started searching for a property in September 2022. Because we had bought our current property with Collinson Hall, we approached them again. I started discussing house sale and purchase with John Sullivan. From that time on, John made a point of calling me every week, either with potential houses coming on the market, or just to check how things were going. I really appreciated this regular contact. Although we spoke to many different estate agents, John was by far the best at maintaining contact and I really appreciated his efforts.

CH has been our property management agency for a number of years now and I cannot express how much I loathe their services. Nothing is done on time, we are treated with as little respect as possible. Would suggest to everyone to stay away from them! Oh and blocking people from leaving reviews is a very low game!
