I have been calling St Albans store the whole day to check if my order has arrived, however nobody is picking up the phone. My order should have arrived, but no notification/ email has been received. I am feeling quite disappointed.

I went into the shop, saw shoes on the shelf with price tag of £30. After I asked to try my size, they were good, wanted to pay, and they wanted £60. Said its wrong price and didn't care of their error. Not honest of them.

Disappointed not all have wide fittings in store.Watford branch helpful.. St Albans less so on first visit but second visit was better. Watford branch has wider range of wise fittings and helpful.Prices march the product - £££ and better quality than some. Wish they did more prettier choices for wider feet...
