If I could I would give 0 stars. 0 customer service.I went in to check some shoes and I was looking specifically for some Original models. I picked a pair of black shoes and asked someone from the staff if that is the orginal and his answer was no and that I needed to go online or go to London to find Original models. Then I asked him if I can try at least a size to have an idea of what size I need and he proceeded to say that the originals have different sizing and that I should order online, so he never gave me to try the shoes or asked me what my size is.I told him that ordering will mean that I will need to order multiple sizes and then return them which is a bit of a hassle. And he did this to me ?????.
At no point he offered to show me a different model or ask me any questions about what I am looking for. It is worth to mention that the store was not busy at all, there was just one more customer.
So basically the only way was to buy online. And then people wonder why brick and mortar stores close down and people only buy online.
Not sure if this employee had a bad day or something but that was a really bad customer experience.

Went there on Black Friday, not enough staff and asked me to take a number and wait for someone. Proceeded to buy the shoes online and they came damaged.

The manager (name of Kizzi) of this store should be looked into immediately, firstly the way he is clearly speaking to and treating his staff and secondly with how he is speaking to his customers. Disgusting attitude and the first ever negative review I?ve given any store, shop or restaurant.

You recently sold me a pair of shoes which were supposed to be size seven, although the box said size seven the shoes are actually size 6 and a half; I have been trying to ring you but you never answer the phone which is most unsatisfactory

Disappointed not all have wide fittings in store.
Watford branch helpful.. St Albans less so on first visit but second visit was better. Watford branch has wider range of wise fittings and helpful.
Prices march the product - £££ and better quality than some. Wish they did more prettier choices for wider feet...

I have been calling St Albans store the whole day to check if my order has arrived, however nobody is picking up the phone. My order should have arrived, but no notification/ email has been received. I am feeling quite disappointed.
