We have been using Chikizzas for years and thought they were really good.
Lately though they've made some mistakes but tonight was unacceptable.
I ordered a vegetable lasagne and had started eating it when I realised it was a meat lasagne. I haven't eaten meat for 20 years and it made me feel physically sick. Thankfully I'm not allergic to meat or it could have had a totally different outcome.
Phoned up and got apology but as an excuse the guy said 'Mistakes happen'
Disgraceful.
Will never use them again now.
I'm so angry.

Food is disgusting. Pizza is floppy and tasteless and not cut properly, you can?t even pick it up and it just breaks apart. Doner tastes nasty like it?s frozen and then grilled. Stay away

The chips they served was still crunchy and wasn?t cooked well. Chicken burger was like sitting there for hours with heavy oil taste. I didn?t eat it at the end..

Ordered via Just Eat. Chicken Wrap Meal for £6.99 which is cheaper than the dirt you get from KFC yet this was cooked very well and tastes infinitely better! Chicken Burger was beautiful too. GF had the nachos which you get plenty of! No dodgy stomach either so ?? all round from me. Will use again. Arrived piping hot, actually had to wait for it to cool down! Packaged very well as well.

I have ordered a few times and had a few good meals and a lot of bad ..last order had mould on my cheesy chips also what I think was battered chicken ? I?m vegetarian so that was revolting when trying to oreder they kept cancelling my order I called to ask why and they yelled down the phone ..really unprofessional and disrespectful. Poor service contaminated food . Won?t go again .

When ever we order it?s from here, bacon burger, calzones, pizza trust me it?s too nice, never stingy with there products . Cheesy pizza, calzone is full of the toppings u get, and don?t get me onto the burger , oh my days it?s just too nice
