The manager decided to refuse all deliveries of Inpost parcels because they are unhappy with Inpost due to the volume of parcels they are receiving so they are disputing their contract. Instead of resolving professionally, they have just started to refuse all parcels, impacting potentially hundreds of innocent customers. So those who already have parcels on the way to be delivered to this Inpost pick up point have no hope and will be returned to sender. Plus the manager Steve is lying about this, saying that Inpost delivery drivers are not showing up at all. This is not true, they are showing up but Steve is refusing and sending them away. I?ve had four parcels returned to sender and have spent a ridiculous amount of time in the shop, on the phone to I post, explaining to sellers, tracking the returns to sender, and rearranging purchases due to Steve and Budgens unprofessionalism, impatience and lies. Disgraceful.

Can't go wrong with a Budgens. Staff always pleasant and best place to grab American drinks & sweets ?? Very handy too as has a Evri drop-off printer inside for Amazon returns
