Come on BP team, if your car wash is closed or not working put a sign or barrier up to stop customers from wasting their time. I waited in store in a long line to pay for a wash. When it was my turn I was told it was closed. My response was that you (kindly) notify the public, it was met with very little care. I have said this once before but no change. It's not difficult. I am being generous with 2 stars.

Absolutely useless experience at this BP garage. I ordered 2 coffees, got charged for 3. Asked for 1 breakfast baguette, charged for 2. And the bacon roll I actually wanted? Never even made it. The staff had no idea what they were doing ? confused, disorganized, and clearly not trained properly.
It was a complete mess from start to finish. No apology, no care, just constant mistakes and clueless service. It?s not hard to take a basic order, but somehow they still managed to mess up almost every part of it.
Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Still no hot drinks after 3 months and also no hot food available although on the shelf! Over not working, this garage and wild bean was one that we made sure we stopped at each week on work trips now we make a point to avoid and the wild bean offer is terrible. Very disappointing to see the decline in service.

Conveniently located petrol station with M&S products and a hot drinks counter, disappointingly no hot drinks though.

The 2 guys that work in there usually are spot on.If they are off. Don't go after 22:30.They close it during the night. Not 24 hours.
