Had an appointment with these booked for fri, got a phone call saying pharmacist has gone sick and can I rebook. She rebooted me only to call me again the next day saying its cancelled as pharmacist is on sick leave again. She couldn't find me another appointment.
The lady was very rude to me on the phone.
I went back online and managed to get another booking at another store.
Ladies was totally unprofessional and helpless.

5 stars to the lovely lady called Dina on the NO7 Counter today! Was really struggling to shade match and didn?t know what products to get for my rosacea and she helped me out MASSIVELY! She was so friendly and showed me all the correct products for my skin type ?? I struggle massively with being insecure about my rosacea and she was so understanding and lovely so thank you so much Dina! You?ve made me very happy!

I hate to agree with the comments about rude staff but the woman today really treated me like I was a dead cockroach on her shoe or something. Looked at me like I was an intruder, no greeting, no thank you, no offer of a bag, no offer of a receipt, made me feel super unwelcome. Why?!

Just walked in this Boots store, ? staff were so rude. I just wanted to buy a few bits before I go on holiday and unfortunately I still had to buy these bits. I even spoke to the manager Sharon, she was so rude, so now I see where her staff get that from. Not leading by example. Boot you need to train your staff.

This is the just the absolute worst Boots. Please avoid it. We?ve visited this store many times and today was our last visit as we have had enough of the rude staff. We haven?t ever had a good experience in here. The customer service and staff are both absolutely shockingly bad! Our children were upset to alert me that a member of staff was giving me a really horrible look before she purposefully moved herself to be in my way so I could no longer see what I was looking at. Then when I walked away, she was looking and pointing towards me while talking to another member of staff. This is just one rude experience of MANY.
It?s absolutely shocking how any of the staff in here have jobs. Genuinely needs to be looked into. With the exception of a lovely lady who served our daughter at the til, every other staff member was miserable, rude & anything but customer service focused.

Went to buy a perfume and the security guard watched me the entire time I was looking and made me feel so uncomfortable. Literally followed me and kept looking at me from the minute I walked in the store, disgusting service.

I?m so fed up of how rude the staff are here. As a woman the staff on the makeup and fragrance counters make you feel so uncomfortable. They give you filthy looks and it is an awful experience. Please avoid going here!!

I only ever visit Boots for baby food for my little girl as they are the closest store to sell her particular food. Everytime I visit, I have the security guard following me around. Watching me down the aisles and following me upstairs to the baby items. This makes my whole experience unbearable and makes me grab the baby food and leave, I don?t even give him the satisfaction of walking round looking at items anymore.
The perfume staff pounce on you as soon as you go near the cabinets, I understand this is their job but would like to have a couple of minutes to browse rather than be jumped on.
The parking is fine if you don?t need to park in a parent and child space. They only have four parent and child spaces available outside the store and very few disabled spaces too which is such a shame. I end up parking closer to Sainsbury?s and walking up with the pushchair if the weather is nice.
Overall, the store is okay. Would recommend if needed :)
