I visited the branch on Friday 22nd August. I had travelled down from Lincolnshire for my sister's wedding. I had stupidly left my make up bag on my kitchen table, so safe to say I was in a huge panic when I came sprinting into the store. The NO7 lady was the kindest and most helpful person! She used all the products I usually use and did my make up for me and she kept me so calm (I was very shaky and tearful!) A huge thank you for the support and kindness. xxx

Will take off a star for stock levels. Another one for queue waiting time and one for not having a disabled toilet, thought a chemists might be bit more helpful. Think am being quite generous with 2 stars to be honest. They might have been bit more helpful if I?d mentioned I had gone in there to Buy 2 x double packs of IO 6 toothbrushes for just under £400 which i?m going to purchase elsewhere tomorrow.

Thank you to lovely Aimee for her help and advice. I wanted to buy a makeup gift for a young work colleague. I had an idea what the girl would like, Aimee advised me on the best items and colours to choose. Aimee went above and beyond with her help. The items I bought were then beautifully wrapped for me! Purchased an electric toothbrush. Unhelpful assistant at the cash register, not keen to assist. Went to the desk as I needed the security removed. Assistant quite snappy, telling me it was only for click and collect. No wonder Boots having a difficult time.

Popped in Thursday evening to buy a small gift for my kitchen staff. I was helped by Caron who couldn't have been nicer. When she knew they were a gift she took her time to gift wrap them and make them extra special. She truly went above and beyond to make my gift extra special. Many thanks to her and the excellent service.

My husband and I booked to have private covid boosters here at almost £100 a vaccine. I called before my appointment to check which vaccine we would be given and I was told Pfizer JN.1 ?otherwise, what is the point?!?
After a long consultation the nurse tried to inject us with last year?s covid booster XBB1.5. She insisted it was current until we argued back then admitted that NHS patients get latest and private do not. Firstly, why would I pay so much money for a vaccine that is not up to date? Secondly, this is deeply concerning in terms of care quality standards. Be careful.

I had booked an eye test at the opticians and was very surprised how well the optometrist explained in detail how my eyesight has changed and what to do help in the future Mr Dillen was very good and would recommend the options very much

I bought an everyday Boots Body Lotion that I had not bought before. It is very difficult to get the lotion out of the bottle. It is impossible to get it through the small nozzle so the lid has to be taken off and the bottle squeezed very hard and it still is not easy to get at the lotion.
