My last days with Bluebird was not good but one thing i learnt from them was the professionalism that they had in dealing with all the issues. I did learn a lot from the Team, Caroline was a Superb Supervisor , Gaynor was the best even the owner was great . Am grateful for all the things i learnt at Bluebird, thank you guys i really appreciate the opportunity i was given

Started working for Bluebird just over 3 weeks ago. It?s hard work but I?m loving it. The customers are lovely, the carers and office staff are so helpful and easy to get along with and I?m so glad I started. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants help others, it?s so rewarding.

This was some time ago in 2015/16 but the Bluebird carers were very variable and crucially important messages given to the office were not passed on so I wouldn't recommend. I do acknowledge that our experience was not recent.

I am new to care, with a background primarily in childcare. I have felt very supported by both the management team, carers and customers. This care service has helped to improve my personal confidence and independence, and I will always be grateful.I have also thoroughly enjoyed meeting and creating close relationships with the customers.

good stuff, when we needed help everytime they helped with their smile on their faces. Less careers in world love their job, but here everyone loves their job and to help old people. They are doing an excellent time everytime x

I've been working for bluebird for 7 months as a care assistant and in these past months I had a lot of support from my colleagues and office staff. The working hours can be long but it's worth it. Any time that I had an issue personal or professional I've always been listened and supported by the Care coordinator and the line manager.
