This place is incredible. I have used them both for delivery and in store shopping. The range alone is a gardeners dream, the staff are attentive and on hand, the centre itself is well laid out and clean and it has a good atmosphere. It really is a one-stop shop for all your needs whether you potter around in a garden, own a gardener business or like me have allotments it truly has all you need. A must visit.

Mothers Day Breakfast, very little on the menu. Hot drinks were cold, 2 of the Baps were also cold and were sent back. Services was slow - it seemed like we had been forgotten. Inexperienced staff and the price charged we could have got a FULL breakfast cheaper elsewhere. Wouldn't go again.

Lovely garden centre.Nicely organized and signed and good knowledgeable staff helping on any questions.Great plants and gardening product selection.Cafe shop with table service can get busy with queue to be seated and served but our experience on busy Sunday was quite pleasant.

Went to Aylett Nurseries Cafe to meet friends and enjoyed a tasty vegan breakfast along with the catchup chat! Good value all round with cheery staff, excellent table service, pristine WCs and plentiful parking. Afterwards walked through this large well presented and equipped store to exit and saw all manner of gardening goods on display. All in all certainly worth a visit for a bite and a browse!

Met a friend for coffee and cake . Cakes (scone with jam &cream and carrot cake) were delicious . Coffee was good although not as hot as I'd like . Staff were very pleasant

Good experience, as usual. No worries re Covid. Still the same, usually has whatever you need for the garden. New parking arrangement means longer walks for the disabled.Christmas Shop is worth a visit now.25/11 Not too busy and plenty to browse through.26/2/24 Still good value on plug plants etc.

Superb garden centre shop and cafe. Easily the best I?ve ever been to. Great staff who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing merchandising and displays- so creative! Fantastic shop for literally anything you could want! . The range of plants is unbeatable for depth of range too and creatively arranged to really inspire. Great range of exotics, grasses and ferns which are quite tricky to get usually. Superb display at Christmas with a model city for the kids. And brilliant ( though a tad pricey) selection of excellent tools and equipment. However- what I would say is that you have to pay for quality. The tools I?ve bought here ( a mower and strimmer) are the best tools I have in my shed and 10 x better than a cheaper option. The strimmer especially is amazing! The plants are all also in excellent condition so you absolutely get value for money here. The food is good in the cafe. It?s a great afternoon out and a joy to visit.

I recommended this place to my parents who were kindly looking after my dog for me. They wouldn?t let them in with a clean, well behaved dog, miserable lot.I would recommend all of the other garden centres in the area, which do welcome dogs.

Lovely garden centre, let down by the slow (non existent) service in the cafe.Ever since they changed from buffet style service, to table only, the choice and service has gone downhill. We went on a Friday lunch time, waited 15 minutes to be seated, and a further 15 minutes before deciding to leave, as no one had even come over to take our drinks order. The menu is limited and rather out of date (autumn specials still being served at the end of Feb).No more good quality, home made quiches etc, now they are reheated in a microwave.Won't bother going again, which means they'll also lose our business in the Garden Centre.Too many other choices nearby to put up with such poor quality and service.
