Bought a house from ashtons. Sandy recommended we see the house and we loved it. I think he knew it ticked a lot of our boxes. He then supported us through the offer process. The completion was then managed by James who kept in touch almost daily with updates. He was very fast to respond and ensured the process was completed quickly. They were both absolutely fantastic. We have been dealing with Ashton?s on a rental property which we are meant to move into in less than a week. They have been difficult to work with, seemingly unable to sort minor contract details and won?t return calls. We still haven?t even signed the contract despite paying the holding deposit 5 weeks ago. Extremely frustrating; moving house is stressful anyway and these guys are only adding to it. As a landlord myself I?d be mortified if my agent was as poor as this.

Ita alright, hard to contact and follow up with mostly, but they do the job. I've had a query with them for the last two months and still nothing, they're always 'following up' with people and they'll always 'get back to you' but never do

Fantastic customer service received from Phillip who within a couple of days of our house going on the rental market got us a new tenant. Within a week all necessary financial checks were completed inventory done gas and electricity checks done. Tenants moved in. The smoothest transaction I have experienced when renting our property.
