Same story as some others recently: I?ve been using this place for years, happily. Today, the manager gets angry when I won?t be upsold on the service. I told him I?d used the same level of valet every time, and he proceeds to question that I?d even been there before. I have no idea when he was confrontational. I left, with only the outside cleaned (£12 charge), and won?t be back.

Used this car wash about a dozen times over the years, because it is the best for miles around?.was always delighted with the results, hence my continued custom?not this time though??.the paintwork finish was as good as I expected,(no noticeable scratches), but the lack of care this time, due to speed, was very disappointing?I had anti-glare film on my wing mirrors so I told them to go carefull when cleaning them, they took no notice of what I said, and removed one with the pressure washer?.also, straight after they finished, I did a single wipe of the front screen and the near-side wiper blade fell off!, they hastily re-fitted it..I later noticed scratches on the screen because of this damage caused by lack of care.CONCLUSION?when people bring there cars for hand cleaning, they expect a fast BUT careful job done, not this time?.all these hand car washes focus more on speed, than care..I am sure my fellow motorists would want a bigger focus put on care, rather than speed.Service: Car waxing

They wanted to charge me £70 for a clean inside and out. There boards state £30. I took it to snow car wash in Hemel who did it all for £25 and done a fantastic job. You've just lost a customer

They wanted to charge extra for cleaning the boot. A 25% increase in they're normal charge of £20. Sorry but I won't call again.

Rude, my alloys were not cleaned properly and when I pointed it out I was told they had not finished.. even when they thought they had finished.. they still did not do my alloys.. much better car washes out there.
